This episode is all about ghosts, aliens, murder, and intrigue. Mark takes a historical approach to his ...stories, giving his tales a unique angle. He travels to the locations, interviews people, cross-references related stories, and studies all the documents he can get his hands on.

Warning: Some of these legends and folklore's deep history is disturbing. Our conversation starts cute but quickly turns into tales of torture and human atrocities. So, if you prefer a lighter conversation, you may want to sit this out.

Mark Muncy is the creator of Hellview Cemetary, a charity haunted house in central Florida that was so infamous it was banned by the City of St. Petersburg. He is the best-selling author of “Eerie Florida” and numerous other horror and science fiction works. He spent over three decades collecting ghostly tales and reports of legendary beasts. He lives in St. Petersburg, Florida, on the remains of an ancient midden with his wife, well-known illustrator Kari Schultz.

Cassadaga Spiritualist Camp🔮+ Haunted History Museum, Metaphysical Stores, & Fairy Garden! 🧚‍♀️

The Cassadaga Spiritualist Camp is an amazing place just north of ...

The Cassadaga Spiritualist Camp is an amazing place just north of Sanford, FL. This town is completely filled with psychics, mediums, empaths, astrologers, and basically everything to do with spirituality ...and the metaphysical! We visited one of their beautiful stores completely filled with crystals, tarot cards, and all of the tools one needs for spiritual work. We also visited C. Green's Haunted History Museum, which was easily one of the most amazing and eerie museums we have ever seen!! And it's free!! After that we had lunch at the Sinatra's Ristorante inside of the notoriously haunted Hotel Cassadaga. We also checked out a bookstore AND a fairy garden!! This beautiful town is rich in history and is so peaceful and lovely. I hope this video does justice in showing my respectful praise and awe of this truly wonderful area.

Not only are we checking out this amazing place, but we are joined by very special guests, Mark Muncy & Kari Schultz! Mark Muncy is an extremely knowledgeable author & historian of the Eerie Florida and Freaky Florida books, as well as many other accolades and projects under his belt. Kari Schultz is the incredibly talented illustrator behind the books and also sells spiders!!! We were so lucky to have them both as our tour guides for this awesome place & be sure to check out their website below!

Finally, we also checked out Prometheus Esoterica in Winter Park, FL. This is yet another amazing oddities and metaphysical shop that also serves delicious coffee! Folks, if you haven't checked them out yet, definitely do so!!! We will definitely be back, and I plan on showing more of their amazing items in another video in the future!
